Returns & Replacements:
Please try items in the comfort of your own home. If you don't like them, or they don't fit, or the items you ordered are not what you expected, we will gladly provide you with exchange it or provide you with a full refund on your order.
Its simple, if they are not right for you, we'll happily replace it or refund it - no restocking fees!
Merchandise should be accompanied by its original invoice (please indicate if you would like to do a return or an exchange on the invoice), and original tags, including hangtag and pocket cards, the price tag must be affixed to the garment as it must be unworn and unwashed.
You will need to pay for your return shipping. If you would like to exchange sizes, we will ship your exchange to you free of charge, except for international shipments. All other exchanges will be handled as a return and separate purchase.
We have very limited stock so please call our Main Office (808-735-0749) or email us at email@example.com as soon as possible to hold the size desired size or color for your exchange.
Merchandise purchased at a retail store should be returned to the original retail store.
All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Credit will post to your account approximately 2 days after the date of processing. It may take up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
