Rix Island Wear was created to give the men of Hawaii a new one stop shopping place for a great selection of fresh designs in Aloha shirts. Now there needs to be no more going from one store to another, pawing through hundreds of really ugly shirts in hopes of finding something acceptable. All the shirts at Rix are in subtle colors with bold designs, hand printed on 100% cotton.
Rix opened it’s first store in November, 2010 at Ward Warehouse, Honolulu. It is the latest creative venture by Rick Ralston. Ralston is the creator of the world famous T-shirt brand: Crazy Shirts. He pioneered the imprinted T-shirt industry in 1963 opening the world’s first exclusive T-shirt store in Waikiki.

There’s a brand new line of men’s Hawaiian Aloha shirts. It is Rix and it is hot. Rix shirts are all Hawaiian, designed, printed and sewn in Hawaii. The prints are bold in design, subtle in color, never garish. Rix aloha shirts are a deal at just $49.50
Now you can toss out your clammy polyester and rayon gaudy Hawaiian shirts and those silk shirts that require a trip to the dry cleaners.
Rix shirts are all comfortable and machine washable 100% natural cotton.
On the mainland Hawaiian shirts are known for their brilliant and tacky colors.
Rix shirts are called Aloha shirts as they are made with love. The fabrics are screen printed by hand in small quantities. Rix artists have created bold new designs and reworked retro art from fabric archives. The designs are exclusive to the Rix Island Wear brand and sold only at Rix stores or web site.
The print colors are meticulously coordinated to go well with the casual pants you like to wear, especially blue jeans, khaki or black pants or shorts.
